Our story during the pandemic

During such a time of global turbulence ICMSA has risen to the challenges and exceeded all expectations. Not only have we maintained our entire staff in pre-COVID numbers and conditions, in 2021 we actually increased staff levels. We appointed new staff to better service our growing list of clients, especially in the fields of digital platforms and technology.

In addition, our risk management plans were activated for our clients as well as our own business. We quickly evaluated how best to deliver successful meetings and pivoted to make that happen. At its core we understand we are in the communications business. Whilst we have embraced digital solutions to continue our work, we look forward to planning hybrid and in-person meetings again in the near future.

The outcomes of our actions moving forward place us, and our clients, in a stronger position than we have ever been in our 55 year history.
