Managing the process of securing commercial support and fulfilling the promised benefits calls for special expertise in marketing, promotion and creating an environment conducive to good communication, product and brand exposure.

ICMS Australasia's dedicated Exhibition and Sponsorship Department will:

  • Research and develop a prospectus outlining the opportunities for exhibiting at and sponsoring of your project
  • Actively sell the opportunities to the target market
  • Produce floor plans, sponsorship and exhibitor manuals
  • Manage all external suppliers eg freight, booths, signage, entry features, security
  • Liaise with sponsors and exhibitors, handling all payments
  • Manage the onsite relationship to ensure all promises are met
