Laura brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role as Director Business Development, where she is responsible for national business development, international marketing, digital media and delegate boosting campaigns for many of ICMSA’s large national and international meetings. Her expertise in developing digital marketing campaigns for delegate boosting is vital for the successful marketing for our clients.

With a background in event management, Laura has extensive experience in sales and communications, having held a variety of positions with national industry associations and one of Australia’s leading event production companies.

During her time with ICMSA, Laura has established ongoing relationships with national and international clients resulting in attracting new business, leading international bids and developing international marketing campaigns that have seen her travel to many meetings around the world promoting Australia as a conference destination.
