With over 25 years experience in the industry he provides best practice advice to staff and maintains relationships with suppliers and key industry contacts.

Emma Bowyer
General Manager
Emma has a six-year association with ICMSA, with proven successful outcomes in managing staff and suppliers. Her expertise in marketing plans for delegate boosting and a strong focus on procuring sponsorship and exhibition income to enhance financial outcomes make her contribution most valuable. With an academic background, currently completing her PhD in Supply-Chain Management in the Conference Industry, Emma brings academic discipline to ICMSA’s client management.

Suellen Holland
Executive Manager
Suellen has wide-ranging experience working with committees, regulators, government, boards and industry bodies. Suellen has conducted a vast number of road shows, events and conferences across Australia. For over two years Suellen held the role of Regional Conference Co-ordinator for CPA Australia. The role encompassed working within a virtual team environment and liaising with venues, suppliers and supervising logistical arrangements for all events hosted by the organisation outside of Australia’s capital cities. Previous positions held also include Lecturer, Institute of TAFE, Events and Hospitality.

Natalie Austin
Event Manager
Educated at both Sydney University and the University of Technology, Sydney, Natalie has a high level of knowledge in the events industry. In her current role as Event Manager she is responsible for project management of major national and international conferences, preparing marketing strategies, assisting in program development, conference budget management and social events.

Jodie Doyle
Event Manager
Jodie is a senior staff member with ICMS Australasia. She brings a wealth of experience in conference management. During her seven years of previous experience she has worked for the Australian Tourism Export Council and Reed Travel Exhibitions. These roles saw her organising national workshops, AGMs, gala dinners, travel coordination and exhibition management. In her current role as Event Manager, she is responsible for the project management of major national and international conferences, preparing marketing strategies, assisting in program development and managing conference budgets.

Event Manager & Professional Development Director
In her current role, Sandra is responsible for the overall management of major events and associated client liaison. Sandra is a skilled communicator, having graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Arts/Education in English and History. Sandra also holds the title of Professional Development Director and monitors staff training and professional development needs within ICMS Australasia.

Event Manager
Selina is a skilled Conference Producer and Communications Manager with 12 years experience in event management and corporate communications.
She is enthusiastic and a highly organised tertiary qualified professional with a proven ability to operate efficiently within a large, complex corporate environment including demonstrated leadership qualities, relationship building, administration and ability to implement multiple projects concurrently.
Selina has a superior track record for managing a variety of business activities including planning and executing events, tracking and managing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and continuous improvement. She has been responsible for attracting clients to attend events, meeting revenue targets and managing multiple projects encompassing a variety of media and communication channels.

Felicity joined ICMS Australasia in January 2005. Commencing as an Event Coordinator she gradually progressed through the ranks gaining broad and enriching experience placing her in a position to manage events from concept to delivery. She has specialist skills in the important area of program management.

Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager
Fallon combines strategic sponsorship procurement and specialty logistical skills in her management of major events. Her skill sets have been developed from her previous experience in managing large exhibitions associated with ICMS Australasia’s world congresses. Fallon manages a dedicated team who skillfully manage sponsorship and exhibition sales, logistics, suppliers, fulfillment and onsite management. Her expertise ensures that sponsorship and exhibition targets are always exceeded.

Brett’s primary focus is to identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for our clients. Having worked with major blue chip companies within the steel industry he has extensive experience in managing major accounts and negotiating contracts with clients in the mining and manufacturing fields. Coupled with his recognised achievements during his five year career in the Queensland Police Service, Brett’s research and investigative skills ensure every avenue to maximise your event sponsorship and exhibition expectations are met.

Thomas Howden
Account Manager, Sponsorship & Exhibition
Thomas has been in the events industry for a number of years moving from Community Based events in Japan, then in to the operational side of managing Conferences in Australia. Thomas has recently come on board with ICMS Australasia, relishing his new position working as an account manager for the sponsorship and exhibition department. He is very focused on fulfilling each Meeting’s sponsorship and exhibition targets and uses his operational experiences to ensure that all of these components come together seamlessly on-site. |

Albina Bradford
Creative Director
Albina has been an integral part of our creative team since joining ICMSA 15 years ago. She works closely with designers and production organisations to create, design and print congress collateral such as registration brochures, programs and books of abstracts. In addition to this, Albina is responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of conference websites and their associated promotional items, such as Ezines, teasers and bulk emailing.

Gabriella brings more than 10 years experience of working within the Events sector. In her eight years with ICMSA, Gabriella is often called upon for her knowledge of the industry software system Events Pro. Gabriella skilfully negotiates and manages all accommodation blocks across Australia, and leads a large team of staff working in the area of Delegate Services.

Lisa Pierdomenico
International Travel & Event Manager
Lisa has been working in the travel industry for 15 years. Her experience ranges from corporate consulting, working for international airlines and managing travel for conferences and major events, including the Commonwealth Games and World Swimming Championships held in Melbourne. Lisa is responsible for customising all tours and travel programs for each conference and can look after all travel arrangements for interstate and overseas delegates, including post-conference tours.

Susan joined ICMS Australasia in January 2004, with an extensive background in sales and marketing management within the tourism and hospitality industry. Susan has considerable experience in the convention and events industry within Australia and the USA, previously with suppliers to the industry including five star hotels, international airlines and caterers. Susan believes in forming strong relationships with clients from the first communication. She endeavors to fully understand their requirements, setting the stage for a successful event.
