Bryan Holliday
Managing Director
Bryan provides leadership and strategic guidance to the team at ICMS Australasia. He has played a very active part in the development and growth of the meetings industry in Australia over many years. He was nominated as one of the Top 20 most influential people in the meetings industry in Australia by the premier industry magazine Mice.net. With over 25 years experience in the industry he will provide best practice advice to staff and maintain relationships with suppliers and key industry contacts. Bryan is a member of Tourism Australia’s Business Events Industry Advisory Panel.


Emma Bowyer
General Manager
Emma has a seven-year association with ICMSA, with proven successful outcomes in managing staff and suppliers. Her expertise in marketing plans for delegate boosting and a strong focus on procuring sponsorship and exhibition income to enhance financial outcomes make her contribution most valuable. With an academic background, having lectured in the Faculty of Business at the University of Technology, Sydney, Emma brings academic discipline to ICMSA’s client management.


Suellen Holland
Executive Manager
Suellen brings with her an extensive knowledge of event management, with over 20 years experience in the events and hospitality industry. Suellen has wide-ranging experience working with committees, regulators, government boards and industry bodies. Previous positions held include Symposium & Major Events Manager CPA Australia and Lecturer, Institute of TAFE, Events and Hospitality.


Event Management

Natalie Austin
Operations Manager
Educated at Sydney University and the University of Technology, Sydney, Natalie has a high level of knowledge in the events industry and has significant expertise and experience in event management. In her current role as Operations Manager she is responsible for the administration and planning of ICMS Australasia’s major projects working closely with the General Manager and Business Development team. In addition to her Operations role, Natalie is responsible for project management of major national and international conferences, preparing marketing strategies, program development, conference budget management and social events coordination. Logistics and creativity drive Natalie to consistently exceed all expectations with the result that she is highly regarded both personally and professionally by clients of ICMS Australasia.


Anne Binegas-Small
Event Manager
Anne joined ICMS Australasia in March 2007. She brings experience in meetings management and events having worked on workshops, seminars and discussion forums. Anne’s research and organisational skills combined with her knowledge of the events industry forms a strong foundation with which she enjoys and takes pride in meeting clients’ needs.

Jodie Doyle
Event Manager
Jodie brings a wealth of experience in conference management. During her seven years of previous experience she has worked for the Australian Tourism Export Council and Reed Travel Exhibitions. These roles saw her organising national workshops, AGMs, gala dinners, travel coordination and exhibition management. In her current role as Event Manager, she is responsible for the project management of major national and international conferences, preparing marketing strategies, assisting in program development and managing conference budgets.

Selina Moscatt
Event Manager
Selina is a skilled Conference Producer and Communications Manager with 12 years experience in event management and corporate communications. She is enthusiastic and a highly organised tertiary qualified professional with a proven ability to operate efficiently within a large, complex corporate environment including demonstrated leadership qualities, relationship building, administration and ability to implement multiple projects concurrently. Selina has a superior track record for managing a variety of business activities including planning and executing events, tracking and managing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and continuous improvement. She has been responsible for attracting clients to attend events, meeting revenue targets and managing multiple projects encompassing a variety of media and communication channels.


Andrea O'Sullivan
Event Manager
Andrea has worked in the events industry for over 12 years, including nine years organising a host of major events across the UK and Europe. Her background has given her exposure to a wide variety of clients across many different industry sectors. Her extensive corporate background and experience allows her the ability to foster, nourish and support the development of our events.

Kate Stevens
Event Manager
Kate is a skilled communicator, having graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History. For over two years Kate held the role of Major Events Coordinator for CPA Australia. The role encompassed working within a virtual team environment and liaising with venues, committees, suppliers and supervising logistical arrangements for major events hosted by the organisation around Australia. In her current role as Event Manager, she is responsible for the project management of major national and international conferences, preparing marketing strategies, assisting in program development and managing conference budgets.

Sponsorship and Exhibition

Fallon Smith
Director Sponsorship and Exhibitions
Fallon combines strategic sponsorship procurement and specialty logistical skills in her management of major events. Her skill sets have been developed from her previous experience in managing large exhibitions associated with ICMS Australasia’s world congresses. Fallon leads a dedicated team who skilfully manage sponsorship and exhibition sales, logistics, suppliers, fulfilment and onsite management. Her expertise ensures that sponsorship and exhibition targets are always exceeded.


Maeve Chomphunut
Account Manager Sponsorship
Maeve joined the ICMS Australasia sponsorship and exhibition team in March 2010 having spent the past 25 years focused on a sales and marketing career expanding across international hotels and the events and hospitality industry. She has travelled extensively on an international scale and has a first hand understanding of marketing and selling to an international audience through trade show presence. Maeve presents a passion and tenacity to deliver results and has a natural ability to see opportunities and deliver ... “small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises”.


Thomas Howden
Account Manager Sponsorship & Exhibitions
Thomas has been in the events industry for a number of years moving from Community Based events in Japan, then into the operational side of managing conferences in Australia. Thomas has been with ICMS Australasia working as an account manager for the sponsorship and exhibition department for two years. He is very focused on fulfilling each meeting’s sponsorship and exhibition targets and uses his operational experiences to ensure that all of these components come together seamlessly on-site.


Business Development

Susan Geis
Director Business Development
Susan joined ICMS Australasia in January 2004, with an extensive background in sales and marketing management within the tourism and hospitality industry. Susan has considerable experience in the convention and events industry within Australia and the USA, previously with suppliers to the industry including five star hotels, international airlines and caterers. Susan believes in forming strong relationships with clients from the first communication. She endeavours to fully understand their requirements, setting the stage for a successful event.


Adeline Keh
Director Business Development WLCO
Adeline brings with her a 12-year track record in the business events and tourism industry. With an educational background in Political Science having specialised in International Relations, Adeline brings critical thinking and discipline in her role with ICMS Australasia to harness the World’s Leading Conference Organisers alliance for business success. Her seven-year tenure in a senior sales and marketing role with a convention bureau has seen in-depth knowledge on and relationships built with associations and the corporate sector throughout Europe and Asia

Suzie Kovacevic
International Marketing Manager
With a flair for the personal, Suzie combines her extensive congress management experience with a genuine passion for the industry. Having worked with the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre for 12 years, Suzie brings convention centre management and marketing prowess to her role as International Marketing Manager. Proven outcomes in securing large delegate numbers and increased sponsor participation make her contributions most valued to ICMS Australasia’s portfolio of events.


Amie Fisher
Research Executive
Having completed a Bachelor of Business in Management and Business Law, Amie’s role at ICMSA is focused on research and developing business leads in Victoria. She has skills in the area of developing bids and proposals as well as marketing plans and works to improve government funding schemes for ICMSA's clients. She also leads the DMC division.


Leanne Hinden
Marketing Executive
Leanne holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, coupled with more than 11 years experience gained in both the events and publishing industries. As a skilled written communicator and researcher, Leanne forms an integral part of the business development team particularly in proposal and tender writing.

Gabriella Cafios
Manager Delegate Services
Gabriella brings more than 11 years experience of working within the Events sector. In her eight years with ICMSA, Gabriella is often called upon for her knowledge of the industry software system Events Pro. Gabriella skilfully negotiates and manages all accommodation blocks across Australia, and leads a large team of staff working in the area of Delegate Services.


Travel

Natay Gove
Travel Coordinator
Natay brings more than 10 years of retail and travel experience to her role. As Travel Coordinator of ICMSA, Natay is instrumental in building travel itineraries for the individual delegate, managing speaker and committee travel and ensuring all clients have a great conference travel experience.

Blair Hardaker
Web Master
Holding a Bachelor of Design, Blair is in-charge of the design and maintenance of all things web related. He strives to adhere to modern standards and produce both effective and practical designs in his field of expertise. He aims to work efficiently and co-operatively to achieve a suitable outcome whatever the subject may be.
